King 090610 Fix mstinf (called by sh_upd_stnfo) to better imbedded comments and header information in RINEX files. Copy kf/htoglb/mstinf.f, King 090610 Remove (harmless) redundant statements caught by the Intel compiler. Copy /kf/htoglb/mstinf.f and kf/utils/grw.f. Thanks to Seiichi Shimada of NIED for catching these. King 090605 Tables are updated daily (station.info, ut1., wob.) or monthly (dcb.dat here, vmf1grd.2009_DDD and atmdisp_cm.2009_DDD on everest).
